Can I send my own cigar bands?
Absolutely. Many customers incorporate bands they have collected, making the commission even more personal.
What if I do not have cigar bands?
No problem. Vitola BandWorks maintains a curated selection that can complement your vision.
How long does a commission take?
Every piece is made to order. Typical turnaround is approximately two weeks from design approval and receipt of the deposit. Complex pieces may require additional time.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 50% deposit is due on all orders. After your design is approved, you will receive a secure Square invoice. The remaining balance is due before pickup, local delivery, or shipping.
Does every commission include an accessory?
Yes. Every commission includes The Vitola Companion—a complimentary portable cigar ashtray in your choice of Gold, Blue, or Silver.
Can I commission a piece as a gift?
Absolutely. Commissions can celebrate retirements, birthdays, anniversaries, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, weddings, new homes, and other milestones.
How will I receive my piece?
Choose pickup by appointment, local delivery within select service areas for an additional fee, or UPS/USPS shipping throughout the U.S., depending on the piece’s size and requirements.
Will my piece look exactly like another one?
No. Every commission is designed and handcrafted to be uniquely yours.
